I ordered custom patches for our team uniforms and the quality was excellent. The patches felt durable, the details were clear, and the backing worked perfectly. I will definitely order again for our next project.
The digital proof looked good, but the real patch had more depth than we expected. The raised embroidery made the main icon stand out, while the background stayed clean and flat. It gave our merchandise a custom-made feel instead of looking like a basic printed label.
These patches were made for knitted beanies, so a stiff patch would not have worked well. The final patches had enough structure to hold the logo clearly, but they were still flexible enough to sit naturally on the beanie. They looked like part of the product instead of something added afterward.
